Product Activation

I think I have reformatted my computer one too many
times... I am trying to activate windows but it
says "This Product Has Been Activated Too Many Times
Before" and I dont have a clue what to do. If you know
what I should do please e-mail me or respond to this post

Why don't you simply follow the on-screen prompt to activate via
telephone, instead?

No, the most ridiculous thing is your post. PA is clearly taking time away
from users who've paid for a product that's expected to keep working, no matter
*what* is done. It's FUD and the wording is far too 'serious' sounding to new
users or people who just don't need or want to worry about the 'technical'
eventualities in their system(s). How much time now do you think this guy has
lost from being able to use his own computer since he was scared of the wording
and didn't know what to think of it? Is it 'okay' for just some regular 'Joe'
to lose time at his system, but not okay for anyplace that relies on their
system for money?

Hmmm...where'd you learn to read? There's nothing like that *anywhere* in his
sig. Maybe you're just too stupid to put those long words together
correctly...*that* would "say it all".

When you going to quit changing your id to avoid killfiles? Are you really
just 12? Which would explain why you don't quite know how to read yet.
Anyone with any common sense whatsoever can plainly read that if you have
exceeded the activation limit you select an area your calling from, get a
toll free number to call, and reactivate over the phone. It is quite easy to
do, at least for us adults. Or perhaps your nose is stuck so far up
cottantails' butt you can't see anything?
What an idiot. Now go to bed so you don't miss the bus in the morning.

Don't even bother with Kurt. Only thing he's good for is getting spittle on
his monitor, and convincing people they need to learn how to use their
filters to get rid of his postings.

I hear ya. Kind of funny though trying to convince people to use their
filters, when that pair keeps changing their posting id's to get around
them.

It thinks that there have been too many changes in hardware since the
original installation for it to be on the same machine. So you are (it
thinks) installing on two machines - not allowed. Run Start - All
Programs - Accessories - System Tools - Activate Windows and do it by
phoning in, to explain and swap one long number for another to type in
