Product activation question

I've install XP Pro and all seems well, but every time I
reboot and log on, I'm told I have X number of days to
activate Windows. I click on the activation key icon and
a new window comes up telling me that Windows is already
activated. What gives and how can I get rid of the
prompting?

Try repairing the Activation files.

Use Start- Run and enter the following text in the dialog box:
regsvr32.exe regwizc.dll

Then do it again with the following text:
regsvr32.exe licdll.dll
