Prodecure entry point

While trying to install iexplore 6sp1 I get the following
error "The procedure entry point CoInternetGetSession
could not be location in the dynamic link library
Urlmon.dll.
I found the file and I found that in the file so why does
it keep telling me I don't have it? No matter how many
times I close the error message it comes right back on
the screen.
