Processor Utilization Goes Crazy when opening Word file...

Running Win XP Pro.
I have a 70-ish page Word document and when I open it to work on it, my
processor
utilization goes to 100%. Wondering if this is the Find Fast indexer causing
this, or what the solution might be.

Running on a Win XP Pro box, 512 RAM - any solutions greatly appreciated.

I had something along the same lines happen at school once. Same type of
computer system if I remember right. I think it had something to do with the
drive. I cant remember for sure though.
