Where can I find a list of the processes that should be running in the
default start-up environment?
 
Regardless of what is default, your list will be at variance to others
depending on what you have personally installed.. the only true default list
exists in an environment where the only devices attached are screen,
keyboard and mouse, and NOTHING else has been added since the initial
installation of Windows..
