Process/Application Monitor

We are running number of applications on same Win XP station,
and we want to get an indication about the application was terminated.
Kind of the process/application monitor with an option of message or email
as a warning indication will solve the problem, I hope.
It will be perfect if this monitor has user's option for the warning.

http://healthmonitor.sourceforge.net should fit the bill and the
author is responsive too, so if you have doubts/requests you
may also drop him a mail
