Probs deleting an unwanted email

got a spam email in my inbox, trouble is whenever I try to right click it or
left click it, or delete it, or move it, OE just freezes up. Can't get rid
of the b******!
Have tried emptying whole inbox, multiple deletes, nothing works, any
attempt to remove this email results in a freeze.
Its called 'paid soda challenge' if that makes any difference.
Any ideas anyone?
