I am having problem of installing the Norton antivirus
2004, when starting installation a window pops up and
warning me that" MSI set up must me be launch through
setup".

So - ask Norton.

You will always have a problem with Norton's - even if you do get it
installed.
Problem is, it will be too late by the time you find out!
