All i want is somebody to tell me whats wrong.

sounds like a virus or spyware!

Run antivirus software and make sure it is up to date and working properly.
Try starting in safe mode.

Also download adaware from lavasoft to check for spyware

1. Your antivirus software can potentially get corrupted by viruses. Start
by uninstalling it and reinstalling. Then run an update. If all else fails,
try to go to the Symantec website, and run their online virus checker.

2. If you have WinDoctor or something similar, run it.

3. Spyware removal, of course.

4. There are a variety of other potential causes:
- hardware issue (ie fried memory chip)
- damaged windows registry
- problem with your web host
- etc etc
