Jen again!

Hello again!

logon promt when i turn the computer on? I have already
gone on to user accounts option and tunred on fast user
switching and use welcome. Idon't knwo what else to do!

Much appreciated

Hi Jen,

Other reasons that the classic logon occurs:

- You've installed networking protocols that do not support the Welcome
screen. These you will have to remove from the properties of your
connection. I cannot tell you what protocols you need to keep installed,
your ISP can provide that information, but generally most home users need
tcp/ip and a client.

- Start/run "control userpasswords2" (without the quotes). Go to the
advanced tab, make sure the secure logon option is not enabled.

Hi Jen,

Right click your connection icon in the networking folder (control panel),
select properties.
