Not certain I can explain this properly...
Whenever I create a VPN connection on my XP system with
IE6 SP1, all updates, my Internet Options -> Connections
always defaults to "Always dial my default connection."
This causes my browser to always pop up my VPN login.
I go into the options, change it back to "Never dial a
connection," and eventually, it reverts back to the
previous setting. The only way to keep this from
happening is to delete all my VPN connections.
I am connected to a router/cable modem via ethernet. I've
run spybot to ensure I've got most (not all) of the
spyware in check. I do keep sidestep and weatherbug
around, however.
Any suggestions?
