Problems with viewing emails

Dave

We have created an internal newsletter in Word in which
we use our own bullet points.

When sending this email, it is sent in Rich Text Format
from Word, but when viewing the email, it does not bring
over the buller points, suggesting it is being viewed in
Outlook.

I have ticked the box to tell Outlook to view Rich Text
Format in Word 2003, but it is obviously not doing so.

Any ideas???

Outlook can display bullet points just fine. What are you seeing instead of
bullets? What format is the newsletter sent in? How are you sending it as an
email message?

The bullet points in word are our own blue diamond shape, bit Outlook
displays an outline box shape in their place.

The newletter is created in word using jped images, then emailed from within
word to all our users (who all use Outlook 2003) and the images loose all
their quality (blue borders we use on images become all blurred), looking
like the images are becoming very low quaility jpegs.
