problems with username and password

I don't know my username and password for my email to send to my persons
who i need to send it to. will you please help me with this matter please I
will surely be greatful to you for it .
 
You have to get your username and password for your email account from your
ISP (Internet Service Provider). Call their "technical support" line and get
this information, and they should be able to walk you through putting this
information in correctly.

And then send them your user name but not your password.
