Problems with update on Windows XP

I need to install the MS Patch, for example KB911280, but shows this message
"the language installed on your system is different from the update language."

How I change it, or found the patch on the right language.

Is 911280 (MS06-025) offered to the machine at Windows Update, Carlos?
