Problems with Task Manager!

In the past Ctrl, Alt and Delete used to bring up a
window including Change password, Task manager etc.
However it now defaults straight to the applications page
of task manager and gives no other options,ie no cpu
usage etc. Can someone please tell me how to return this
to normal? Thanks
