Problems with PES 4

I have a problem with PES 4 beacuse I can't start playing after a successful
installation.
An error in pes4.exe appears at start.
Please can someone help me?

Make sure you have the latest patch installed from:
http://dl.konami-europe.net/pes4_pc_patch1_10_UK.exe
