Problems with multiple accounts and Word/2000

On my just-installed XP machine, I installed Office 2000 and have used it
when signed on as administrator. I set up an account for my spouse and all
appears well - IE, for example, works fine. But problems occur when trying
to use other software both in her account and the Guest account:

Eudora gets a fatal error.

When trying to start MS Word, it seems to try to reinstall it - it asks for
the CD. If I kill all the repeated windows that indicate problems, Word
comes up fine!

Any ideas on what is going on?

TIA

Run Setup from the Office CD and instead of Typical install, do a FULL
install by either making sure Everything is installed or say Never
install (not even ask for CD) and these items are causing Installer to
run every time asking to install more components.
