Problems with monitor KDS Brand

I have a white line approximately one inch from the top
of th screen from left to right. below the white line the
screen is not clear and is light in color. Can anyone
tell me what caused this and if I can fix it?

:angry I have had constant problems with my KDS monitor in the 9 week
that I have owned it. Now, when I called about the "express replacemen
service" that makes up a large part of their warrenty, i find that i
will take several months to ship me a new monitor, and that it will b
refurbished and a different make and model! My problem was also wit
white lines and part of the screen was extremely hard to read. I calle
tech support 3 times in 9 weeks but was told to send it back fo
repairs or wait 2-3 months for a refurbished one that was different.
will NEVER buy KDS again!
