Right now I'm on a win 98 computer but I'm having problems
with my Win XP computer. I can't stay on my Win XP
computer for more then a few minutes because it says
there's a problem with the LSA Shell and has to shut down
and I get the shut down timer of 30 seconds and it says
something about lsass.exe status code 1073741819. Well I
looked it up in the knowledge base and all it tells me to
do is install the newest service pack. But that's the
thing, I can't because the computer shuts down so much.
The longest it's stayed up is 4 minutes and I can't
download the service pack that fast with dial up.
So is there anyway to turn off that auto shut down when I
get this messege?? That way I can at least download the
service pack for XP. This is frustrating me beyond belief,
I don't know what to do about it. So any suggestions would
help tons. Thanks!
