Problems with Installing Nero (CD Burning Software) - HELP!

When trying to Install Nero to my computer,
an error message pops up with the following details:

"The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed.
This can occur if you are running Windows in Safe Mode
or if the windows Installer is not currently installed."

Please halp me out !!!! Much Appreciated! Cilla
 
Nero and xp didnt work for me ether. Messed me up good.
Finily took it out and returned it. I ues player 9 or wave
repair now for all my recordings.
