Hello!
I'm installing XP Pro on a DIY system, and I'm having some
trouble. After configuring the hard drive (SATA on a ASUS
P4G8X Deluxe), I get to the setup screen for XP.
When asked to read and agree to the Licencing Agreement, I
am prompted to hit "F8 to Agree" or "ESC to disagree".
For some reason the F8 key is inactive on this screen. I
can only use the PAGE UP/DOWN keys or ESC - which quits
the XP Setup. I have tried to hit Return, CTRL-F8, and
many other keystrokes, with the same result...nothing.
