Problems With Forms

Our bank intranet has several forms...with form results
going to specific employees in the form of e-mail. These
have all worked perfectly until a few days ago.

I installed Windows 2000 SP4 on the server that is home to
the intranet. The forms stopped working. Now when I
click "send form data" it instantly returns a "This Page
Cannot Be Displayed" screen with an error of:

HTTP 405 - Resource Not Allowed
Internet Information Services

Does anyone know what might be going on here?? Any info
or advice would be greatly appreciated.

You might want check out the microsoft.public.win2000.windows_update newsgroup - a number of people have reported problems with SP4.
