Problems With Ctrl + Alt + Delete

Every time I hit Ctrl + Alt + Delete in Windows XP home edition the screen
comes up as usual. But there is no longer a bar on the top of it to close it
with. Then I clicked on a button that got me to a list of all the processes
on my computer. I am unable to get away from this screen back to the usual
Ctrl, alt, delete screen. I wasn't sure which forum to go to, so does anyone
here know how to fix this?

Double click the title bar or on any of the window frames of the Task
Manager. It will return to normal mode (from tiny footprint mode).
