OK, Please help, I was following the Outlook to add a movie to email, then I
keep getting the following message evrytime I click on the movie icon.
Error message states: this object was created in HTMLInlineVideoCtl. This
application is not available to open this object. Make sure the application
was properly installed and that it has not been deleted, moved or renamed.

Please help.

Also, I just had installed the Microsoft add-in for Video email in Outllok.
Could this have anything to do with it? I can not locate the icon and other
info for that application as well. I made sure I did not have the older
version of vieo email for Microsoft Outlook. I have Office pro 2003 and I
would like to use this technology. Is there a tech help that can walk me
through these problems? An 800 number perhaps? Please help. tahnk you.

You cannot insert this type of file (or sound files) as it was broken with
Windows XP SP-2. Microsoft is working on a fix.

Thank you Milly. I have one other question. What about the video email for
OUTLOOK...was this also broken. Even though I installed the video email
add-in-Outllok does not recognize (It does not appear in Outllok). It DOES
appear in the Control Panel of windows. I would appreciate your in put on
this. Thank you and best wishes.
