Problems using my hotmail account in outlook

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me? I have been trying to add my hotmail account into my outlook account but I keep getting the following error message when I when I hit the "send/receive" button

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account: 'Hotmail', Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Service Unavailable', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 122, Error Number: 0x800CCCF

Also, it tells me that I don't have any folders to show for this account & would I like to view a list of available folders now, but every time I click "yes", it says "the service is currently unavavailable, please try again later"

This has always done this for months & it would be really helpful if someone could help me! Hope to hear from someone soon! Many thanks ;-)
 
Are you sure about the server? That doesn't look right to me. Check the
help link in Hotmail for the correct server address.
