I have an HP pavilion dv1000 that keeps losing the signal from my wireless-G
router. None of the other computers in my household have this problem and I
know it is not the phone signal interrupting the wireless signal. Can anyone
give me other suggestions as to what might be causing this very annoying
problem. I would really appreciate some help!

The most likely cause is a variation of the signal strength. There are also
distance limitations which make the signal hard to capture.
Possible solutions would include moving either the router or the computer,
installation of a signal booster, and insuring that there is an unobstructed
path from the router to the computer.
Does the computer lose the signal when it is very close to the router?
