Problems shutting down

hi,

Recently my pc has started to reboot while in the shutdown
process....it's an intermitent problem. Anyone have any ideas what the
problem could be or where on my pc (error logs, etc) to lok for hints
as to what may be causing this?

I couldn't find any errors in the logs, but in the system log there is
a message

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was:
0x000000d1 (0xbfc89ec0, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xbfc89ec0). Microsoft
Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in:
C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini052105-01.dmp.

I have the same issue. When I remove the check under the startup and
recovery tab in "my computer" properties I get a blue screen on shutdown with
the following error message.

Driver_Power_State_Failure
Beginning dump of physical memory

Is this related to a bad power supply or a driver that was installed for
something?

Any suggestions
