Just managed to get my incoming mail sorted (hopefully full-time) and now
getting the following error message when sending:

'The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Exhibitor
pack - mobile', Account: 'mail.relisheurope.com', Server:
'mail.relisheurope.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 Please turn
authentication on', Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error
Number: 0x800CCC79'

Any help?

Thanks

Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers,
enable the option "My server requires authentication."

I have been trying to set up my E-Mail but dont know what the setings are
for the servers (IMAP or POP3 incoming and outgouing) if anyone could help
me please

If you don't work for Microsoft, you aren't likely to get an email address
ending in @microsoft.com. If you do, ask at work how to set it up.

Otherwise, the settings depend on which email provider you are going
to use. Most people choose their internet provider as their email
provider also, since most internet accounts include one or more email
accounts. Ask your email provider for their instructions for setting up
to use their email servers. If they haven't written instructions for
Windows Mail yet, their instructions for Outlook Express should also
work under Windows Mail if they don't call for the HTTP protocol
The instructions are probably somewhere on their web site. Or, you
could tell us who your email provider is and see if anyone here already
knows where to find their instructions.
