When I save a file I created in powerpoint 2002 to jpeg (gif) format the graphics convert ok, but the text is blurry. I didn't have any problems with powerpoint 97. Any suggestions?

This is probably the result of combined anti-aliasing and jpg compression.
Try to export as a BMP and see if the definition is better. If it is, it
was.

You can also increase the dimensions of your presentation (page set-up) and
export from the larger size to see if this fixes the blurry issue.

Post back if these do not get you started on the road to clarity.
