Problems re-installing Outlook 2002

I bought an HP Ipaq which uses Outlook 2002. i had problems with the software
so had unistall it.I am now unable to reinstall it.It appears to install O.K
until you try to open Outlook when I get the message:" Unable to open your
default e-mail folders. The .DLL file for the information could not be
found.MAPI was unable to load the informationservice PSTPRX.DLL .Be sure the
service is correctly installed and configured." I then click O.K
It then asks "Would you like to open your default file system folder instead?"
I click Yes
I then get
"Microsoft Visual C ++ runtime Library"
Runtime Error
Program:c\Program~1\Micros~4\Office10\Outlook.EXE.
"This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way.Please contact the application support tem for more information"
Can anybody tell me what to do please?

I have since used the "WORKAROUND" sollution & it has solved my
problem.Thanks once again
