Problems publishing to web

I use FP2002 on Windows XP. I've tried to create a FORM with no luck thus
far. I've removed the FORMS page I created from my web to start all over.
Problem is that now when I try to File>Publish Web, I go through the normal
process which is a FTP transfer of files but during the upload of files I get
a message that says "Bad Parameter passed to web server extensions. Check
the information you entered and try again". I have never seen anything about
changing "Parameters" and haven't made any known changes within my website
other than to delete the FORMS page I created in the Wizard. I have to click
OK on that message and it just stops trying to upload the changes. Thus I
can't overwrite my old site. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance. Steve

1. The form is not going to work, if you upload it via FTP.

2. If the FP extensions are installed you should not be using FTP, you should be publishing to
http://www.yourdomainname.com

3. Since you have use FTP, your host needs to re-install the extensions.

Thanks Thomas for your help. I use the File>Publish function and it goes
directly to this FTP address. There is an option to change locations and
I've tried typing in just http://www.mydomain.com but I always get the
message "Cannot connect to web server - server could not be located"
Invision Power Services host's my website and a forum board. I have a cpanel
that I can go into which allows me to Install/Uninstall FP extensions. I've
done that just to be sure and it tells me that I DO have the extensions
installed. There is also a "File Manager" section where I can access my
"public_html" files but I would have to upload files one at a time here.
I hope all this makes sense. When using the FTP I'm asked for a password
then I can publish files. It just seems like I need something more than just
http://www.mydomain.com to get where I need to go. My host says they know
very little about FP and haven't been able to help. They've been extremely
helpful in the past and I'd hate to have to change. Further comments
appreciated.

Can you post your URL or email it to me?

I've taken the form page completely out of my web. I've tried publishing it
the normal FTP way but now I'm getting a message that says "550
image4s/1040_logo.jpg No Such File or Directory". Not sure what that means.
The .jpg in question is still showing up in the web info on my home computer.
This message comes up and has a "OK" button to click. When I click it, the
publishing process just stops completely without updating the site. Thanks
again for any help.

According to http://www.wdsgfm.com/_vti_inf.html your site has the FP 2002 SE
But your use of tools other than FP or use of FTP may have corrupted them
Have your host repair / reinstall them
Then to Publish to http://www.wdsgfm.com/ see

Well....interesting day. My host reset my website back to an earlier time
and reinstalled the FP extensions. After another hour or two of trial and
error I have finally Published My Web using an http address. Many thanks to
those above who have made suggestions and offered your help. I sincerely
appreciate it. Now the question is do I once again try to create a FORM and
see if it will work using the http as opposed to the FTP. Not sure I want to
even try after all of this. Thanks once again for everyone's help. Steve

Yes, or you can try creating the form directly in the live/remote site after open the site in FP via
File Menu | Open Site
