problems opening money 2003

I have a months work of data in my money but account was
opened under msn. I have since closed msn and now have
comcast so it wont let me open my money cuz it doesnt
recognize password. How do I change from msn to comcast
email address and save all I have entered in past? This
is my only record of all my transactions for 3 accounts

Are you sure? I don't use MSN, but MS Money is usually an application that
resides on your computer, and has NOTHING to do with your ISP. Is it
possible that you are signed on your computer as a different user account
than the one where your Money transactions reside?

On the other hand, if MSN offers an "over the Internet" version of Money, of
course that's a feature of MSN and would NOT be available to you at Comcast.

Changing ISPs should not keep you from accessing your *.mny files.
Also, MS Money will automatically make a backup of your data unless
you turned that option off. The backup file should be located under
the folder "My Documents".

If you are referring to an on line bank account, you will have to
contact your financial institution by phone and explain the situation
to them.
