Problems Opening Internet Explorer

Mrs. Dorner

Whenever I try to open up my internet explore it
automatically says internet explorer encountered some
erros and must close. It than prompts me whether i want
to send and error report or not. Can anyone help me or
explain why this problem occurs?
 
I have encountered the same since about 3 days ago. I use
Windows 98. Helpdesk cannot assist. Do you also use
Windows 98?

few days. I am running Windows XP. Please keep in touch
