AFTER INSTALING FROM YOUR WEB XP FIREWALL SECURITY INSTALATION IN MY PC, WHICH IS IN A NET, NOW IT´S IMPOSIBLE FOR ME USE A PRINTER THAT IS IN ANOTHER PC
WHAT CAN I DO ?

First, please don't write in all uppercase. Hard to read and considered
"shouting".

Second, if you downloaded a firewall from "your web" wherever that its,
why did you not us XP's built-in firewall? You have downloaded
something unknown.

If you did in fact turn on XP's firewall, then re-read the documentation
in XP's Help about how to make it work properly.

At this juncture I'm not at all sure what you did and I'm not at all
sure you read any instructions before doing it.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

Greetings --

First of all, please unstick your CapsLock key. Posting in all
caps, as you have done, is the Usenet equivalent of shouting, and is
considered very rude. More importantly, posting in all caps makes the
post very hard to read, further reducing your chances of getting help.

WinXP's built-in firewall is not designed to be used on internal
LAN connections. The _only_ connection on which you should have ICF
enabled is the direct connection to the Internet.

Internet Firewalls Can Prevent Browsing and File Sharing

This matter is addressed in Service Pack 2. WinXP's built-in
firewall will allow exceptions for File & Print Sharing.
