problems occurs when installing Visual Studio/Visual basic in Window XP Prof.

Dear sir,

I encounter problems when I am installing Visual
Studio/Visual basic in Window XP Professional. During
installation, the setup program prompt error: "Failed to
register c:\program files\common
files\designer\MSADDNDR.DLL"

Please help!

I know this isn't helpful, but why did you start with
dear sir? Who is sir? you do not need to be that formal
here.
