problems intallation VS.Net

I tried to do the Visual Studio .Net 2002 installation but once it start,
the computer is reset. I can't start again the process and I can't uninstall
it because the computer is reset again.

The computer is a Pentium IV .4 Ghz with 768 Mb of Ram with a Ati Radeon
7200 graphic card.

Thank you for your help.
 
Didnt you see anymore message before restart computer

First, You change the one setting that System ControlPanner->System Properties->Advanced->Start and Recovery->check off the Automatically restart and Check on Write an event to the system log and Send an administrative alert

And try again
