following information is part of the event: The file

I'd rather take it to a proper computer shop than those monkey's at PC
World... It's just a jumped up Dixons (and is owned by them) and it's pretty
rare to get anyone there that can go beyond reinstalling Windows... And you
can do that yourself for free :) Still, if you bought it from them (silly
you) and it's still under warranty, anything's worth a try if it's free :)
Just don't rely on it and make damn sure you backup up everything you need
before they monkey with it... There's a good chance they'll just wipe it...

The first problem looks like it could be a problem with your HD, which may
be causing the other problems...

1 - the drive has a bad block, no big deal, a normal thing. Just run the
error checking tool on the drive, it will make the bad block and windows
won't use it anymore.

2 - http://www.updatexp.com/cryptographic-service.html

3 - fix one and two and see if three fixes as well.

4 - http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/js.exception.exploit.html
