Problems Displaying Help

Off-line Help in Office 2003 products and VB6 does not display properly
(apparently some undisplayed graphics ... I see box w/red X). And I am
constanly get Internet Explorer Script Errors.

Does anyone else have this problem? And if so, do you know what to do to
solve this problem?
 
I am not sure what is causing your problem with the Help in your application,
but you can go on-line to this site and search for just about any topic in
any microsoft application and it will respond to your query.

If you can't get a response there, then your problem is local.
 
I've scoured the KnowledgeBase but have not found any useful information. I
am very faithful to keep my PC updated and I don't download/install stuff. So
this is a case of Microsoft software making Microsoft software disfunctional
and not providing and FREE support to help people solve problems that they
created.
