Please take a look at this screen shot I made of a problem I have with
Outlook.

What you're looking is me attempting to navigate from the default
location for email addresses in Outlook to another location. For lack
of a better term, I'll call them folders because to create a new one I
create a new folder in Outlook's navigation pane.
My default is called RGJ staff. I actually only have one of allrgj and
one called Contacts, but several options show up the menu. Since techs
upgraded me to Outlook 2003, it hangs and bombs any time I try to go
into contacts. They don't seem to know what the problem is.
I've tried repair and compact options with Outlook, but that doesn't
help.
Any suggestions how to clean that up?

Remove all of the address lists from the profile and readd them - tools,
accounts, view or change addresses. Select the outlook address book and
click Change. Remove every one from the list then click Add to add the
correct one back.
