problems after trying to delet spyware

I am having all kind of problems after trying unsuscessfully to get rid of spyware. I used spybot sd, then adaware6, and finally mcafee antivirus. I think I might have deleted importants files needed for my computer to work properly. How can check to see the status all of the necessary files. I've seen some of the responses for spyware, and will try them after my computer gets up to speed
