Problemas al ejecutar

Luego de instalar la ultima version del programa tengo el
problema recurrente de que al abrilo aparece solo la
pantalla celeste del fondo del Microsoft AntiSpyware, no
aparecen las ventanas de diagnostico , comenzar el
escaneo etc, si me funciona el schedule pero no lo puedo
remover porque no aparece la ventana correspondiente

1 Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2 Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without
the quotes).
3 Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware
4 If that fails, install VB6 runtime files:
