POP3 is an invalid server name. The results of using it depend on
what Time-Warner does with invalid server names. It might or
might not work if Time-Warner is your internet provider.

Which branch of Time-Warner? Is the part at the end of the
email address they gave you timewarner.com or something else?
 
I assume you have a Roadrunner email address? What region are you in?

The server names are normally based on your region
Incoming (POP): pop-server.(region).rr.com
Outgoing (SMTP): smtp-server.(region).rr.com

I am a former Adelphia customer and ours are
Incoming (POP): pop-server.roadrunner.com
Outgoing (SMTP): smtp-server.roadrunner.com
 
I am haveing the same problem.My mail is doing the same thing and they keep
telling me the same thing too..mine is nycap.rr.com
