and when i turn on again the Mhz changes to the lowest (500) from 1000 and if i go into setup and change it to anything above 500 it will crash and turn off at the loading screen. When i started it up at 500 mhz a error message came up saying that my windows had recovered from a serous error then another error message came up saying my video card (intergrated SiS630) caused the error and i sent the error report and this is what the link i was givin sayed "Analysis Information

Thank you for submitting an error report. The error was likely caused by:

You might want to check with either the pc manu.site for updated grahic
drivers or the motherboard manu.site - this would depend on whether yr pc is
a generic or brand name eg Dell.

Aida32 - a free utility gives a wealth of info re yr sys/hardware etc -
search on google for it
Sis graphics are often built into motherboard, or used on various graphics
cards
Main stream pc manu. eg Dell/Gateway etc very often use thier own very
specific drivers.
In order to ensure you have the correct graphics driver;
First check if a main stream pc the manu.site
If not mainstream, if your monitor lead is connected to an obvious slot at
the back of pc
then its a card - use Aida32 or documentation of yr pc to find manu.site
If the connector dosnt go to a slot then its probably built into the mb.
Use Aida32 or docs to find manu.
It might also be an idea to download Adaware and/or Spybot update and run to
ensure yr sys is clean of spyware/trojans

Video drivers downloaded often come in
1/ a zip file, which you unzip to a folder and then run the enclosed install
file, there is also usually a setup.txt file which gives info on installing
2/ a self extracting zip which installes on opening
There is usually info on the site re installing/updating.
Without precise details of yr card I cannot give you the exact details on
installation procedure
