Problem with word

I use Outlook for my email program. It uses MS Word for typing and reading
emails.
How can I stop this. I do not want to use Word.

Choose Options from the Tools drop down menu. Click on the Mail Format tab,
uncheck User Microsoft Office Word.... (both occurrences)
