Problem with winexit.scr

I have winexit.scr installed on all my domain computers and I applied GPO for
screen saver time out, but winexit.scr does not always work. some times it
work and some time does not. Any idea ???
 
Winexit.scr keeps its settings in the registry so to set it up properly
these registry keys need to be pushed out to all domain computers.
Fortunately it is possible to push out registry keys to domain computers
using GPOs as there is a nice utility called Policy Maker Registry
Extension. There are two parts to it, a server part and a client part.
The client part needs to be installed on all client machines. Once
