problem with windows mail

Hello,
I have started with Windows Vista for 2 days with a new Toshiba P200. Under
Windows Mail when I want to send a message. I click on sending, the message
is not sent but deposited in box of sending. If I push on the Send/Recieve
button notting happens. It is necessary to reboot Windows Mail, then only
the message is sent.

You should post to MS.Public.Windows.Vista.Mail to see if they can help you.
