I recently had to reformat my hard drive, and I had Best Buy reload my
drivers. However, the device WAN Miniport (IPX) shows that the driver is not
installed. When I click on it, I get the message "This device is not working
because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device (Code 31)."
I went to an online drivers site, but every time I clicked to download this
driver, my browser switched to the Microsoft Help and Support Site. How can
I install the driver for this device?
