problem with using shift+F5

i want to return to last place edited when i open a word doc (Word 2002)
when i press shift F5 (which i understand are the proper keystrokes for
this) "help for WordPerfect Users" box opens up , instead of taking me to
the last editted spot
 
I believe you will find more help in one of the Word newsgroups. The groups
are listed alphabetically, please scroll down the list. This group is for
the Access Database program.
 
Thanks, Wayne. I will look there. I did find a suggestion of changing the
Normal.Dot in Word, but i havent a clue how to access this to make the
changes. Is that in the registry? Kind of nervous about going in there.
