Problem with user account access - new computer

Set up Outlook and Money in Admin account and now am trying to access as
user. System wants to "reload" software, shows screens to agree to license
agreements, etc. What are we missing here - shouldn't each user be accessing
the same software? For Outlook, is it necessary to set up everything again
in each user view, including all the internet settings, importing all the
addresses/messages? For Money, should we both use same user account? Will
we encounter a big issue since already set up initial ".mny" file as
administrator. What about software only one user will be accessing (better
to load as administrator or user?)

Each program is the same - but each program *may* have settings unique to
each user.. Therefore - some parts of it may have to be "installed" into
that user's profile.

Since "user" accounts cannot load software - you have to load it originally
as an administrative level user.
