Hi

I've a problem with '?uros' when I run a spell check.

The checker ignores the first 'syllable' and thinks I have spelt 'uros'.

It then comes up with a load of suggestions, all of which are wrong of
course.

But the worst is that the spell check 'add to dictionary' only enters 'uros'
and not '?uros'.

I've tried doing it manually but as the dictionary is block notes, it won't
accept the first character of ' ?uros ' and so I am stuck.

Any ideas please?

Thanks

Hi

Sorry but the first character of Euros has not been reproduced properly.

It is an E but more rounded with two traversal lines just like the sign used
in banks etc (the equivalent of the dollar sign)

Thanks

Spelling Euros with a euro symbol in place of the E is an affectation and
not the correct way of spelling Euros. Word ignores symbols during spell
check. If you don't want this combination flagging as an error, you will
have to add uros to the personal dictionary.

Moreover, "euro" should not be capitalized; the EU has decided that "euro"
should be treated the same as other world currencies, such as dollar, pound,
lira, etc., and not capitalized.
